At Mubble, we’re committed to delivering wellness, happiness, and care to your doorstep — fast, safe, and stress-free. Whether it’s your dog’s daily essential or a special surprise, our logistics process is designed to ensure timely delivery and reliable tracking across India.
This policy explains how and where we ship, how long it takes, and what you can expect at every step.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India through reliable third-party courier partners.
All orders are dispatched from our fulfillment centre and delivered to your doorstep via surface or air transport, depending on your location.
2. Delivery Details
Our standard delivery estimates are:
- 📍 Mumbai / Navi Mumbai: 2–3 business days
- 🏙️ Metro Cities (Delhi, Bengaluru, etc.): 3–5 business days
- 🌆 Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
- 🏞️ Remote or Rural Areas: 5–7 business days (may vary slightly)
Please note:
- Orders placed after 11 AM may be processed the next business day
- Delivery timelines exclude Sundays and public holidays
- Unforeseen events (strikes, weather, natural disasters) may cause delays
During festive seasons, long weekends, or sale events, order volumes increase and couriers may take longer to deliver. We recommend placing orders in advance to avoid delays.
We strive to deliver on time and keep you informed in case of unexpected issues.
In case of missed delivery attempts:
- Our courier will attempt redelivery or contact you
- If the parcel is returned to us, we’ll reach out to confirm whether to reship or cancel
If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or repeated unavailability, you may be charged for re-shipping.
3. Order Processing, Dispatch & Cancellation
Once your order is placed:
- You’ll receive an order confirmation email
- Within 24–48 hours, your order will be packed and handed over to our shipping partner
- You’ll get a tracking link via email or SMS when the order is dispatched

In case of Cancellation, orders may be cancelled only before the dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible, and our replacement policy applies.
To request a cancellation, email info@mubblepets.com as soon as possible with your order number.
4. Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: Free shipping
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional charge will apply (shown during checkout)
We may offer limited-time promotions or waive COD charges during special campaigns, as notified on our website or marketing channels.
5. Packaging & Quality Control
Each Mubble product is sealed and packed with care in protective materials.
Before dispatch, every package is inspected to ensure quality, accuracy, and hygiene.
If your package arrives open, tampered with, or damaged, please:
- Do not accept the delivery if the damage is obvious
- Email us at info@mubblepets.com within 48 hours with pictures
We will investigate and take prompt action to make things right.
